We ship from Canada

Our stock is held here, not in Europe or Asia. Two things follow from that:

Nothing to pay on delivery. Everything owed — taxes, and import duty on US orders — is calculated and charged at checkout. The total you see is the total you pay. No courier at the door with a brokerage bill.
Days, not weeks. No two-to-four-week international transit.

Shipping to the United States

We ship anywhere in the United States. Two things are worth knowing:

Rates: $14.99 CAD at checkout, and free shipping from $150 CAD.
Import duty: since the United States ended its $800 de minimis exemption in August 2025, every parcel entering the country owes duty, whatever its value. We calculate it at checkout and remit it ourselves, so it never reaches you as a surprise bill.

Delivery times

Processing: orders placed on a business day are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day.
Quebec and Ontario: 2 to 3 business days.
Rest of Canada: 3 to 4 business days.
United States: 4 to 8 business days.
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: longer, and variable.

These times are in addition to processing and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Rates

Canada: $9.99, and free from $95.
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: $29.99 flat, with no free shipping threshold.
United States: $14.99 CAD, and free from $150 CAD.

Whichever rate applies to your cart is shown again at checkout, before you pay.

Shipping and tracking

Your parcel leaves Montréal within 1 business day of your order. Depending on your address, it is delivered by Canada Post, UPS or another major carrier. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Canada and anywhere in the United States. Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are served at a separate flat rate, with longer transit times and no free shipping threshold.

If your order is late

Write to us at contact@ferbik.com with your order number. And note that Quebec's Consumer Protection Act lets you cancel and be refunded in full if we exceed the agreed delivery date by 30 days.
