A fit-over is chosen on one measurement above all: the total width of your prescription glasses. Two minutes and a ruler, and you won't get it wrong.
1. Measure your prescription glasses
Lay them flat, temples open. Measure from one outer edge to the other, at the widest point of the frame (usually at the hinges). Then note the height of the frame, from top to bottom.
No ruler handy? A credit card is 86 mm wide: it makes a good reference.
2. Compare with the table
A model fits if your glasses are no wider and no taller than the numbers below. They already keep 2 mm of margin.
| Model | Glasses up to (width × height) |

| PETIT NORD | 116 × 45 mm | Kids |
| NORDET | 128 × 45 mm | Men |

Borderline cases
- You're right at the limit. Write to us rather than taking your chances: we can check the real clearance on the frame.
- Your temples are thick. That's often where it catches, not at the lenses. Measure the frame with the temples open, as worn.
- You don't wear prescription glasses. Every model wears perfectly well on its own — the shape is simply more wraparound.
