The information we collect
- To process your order: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number.
- For payment: your card details are handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- To improve the store: pages viewed, products viewed, device and browser, approximate IP address.
- If you write to us: the content of your messages and our exchange history.
Why we use it
Only to: process and ship your orders, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and understand how the store is used in order to improve it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Tracking technologies and advertising
Our site uses cookies and advertising pixels, including those from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which measure how well our ads perform and show you more relevant ones.
These technologies are only activated with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the site's privacy banner or by writing to us. Cookies strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to work cannot be disabled.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to fulfil your order: our online store platform, our payment processor, our carrier, and our advertising measurement tools. Each has access only to what it needs.
Disclosure outside Quebec
Some of these providers host data outside Quebec, in particular in the United States. Before entrusting them with your information, we assess the level of protection offered, as Law 25 requires.
How long we keep it
Information tied to an order is kept for as long as tax law requires, that is six years after the end of the financial year concerned. Other information is destroyed as soon as it no longer serves the purpose for which it was collected.
Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you may:
- Access the information we hold about you;
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Withdraw your consent to its use;
- Request it in a structured technological format (right to portability);
- Request that it stop being disseminated or that a hyperlink giving access to it be removed.

Privacy incident
If an incident presenting a risk of serious injury were to occur, we would inform you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec promptly. We keep a register of every privacy incident.

You may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, at cai.gouv.qc.ca.
