What is shown before you buy
Before you confirm an order, the store shows you: the precise description of the product, its price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, the total amount payable, the shipping method and delivery time, the carriers that may deliver your parcel, and our cancellation, return and refund policies.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. If you are shopping from the United States, they are shown and charged in US dollars. Applicable taxes — GST and QST on Canadian orders, US import duty on orders shipped to the United States — are added at checkout and shown separately before confirmation. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of your order.
What we don't display
On this store you will find no fictitious struck-through price, no artificial countdown, and no invented stock counter. If a price is presented as reduced, it is because the product was genuinely sold at the higher price. We also do not offer instalment payment with interest.
Order confirmation
You receive a confirmation by email after your purchase. It serves as a copy of the contract and reaches you within the time limits set by law. Keep it.
Availability
If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we contact you and refund you in full, without delay.
Cancellation, return and refund
See our return and refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Legal warranty
Quebec's Consumer Protection Act grants you a legal warranty that we cannot set aside: the product must serve the purpose for which it is normally intended and last a reasonable length of time, given its price and the conditions of use.
Personal information
See our privacy policy.
Governing law and recourse
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Nothing here deprives you of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of Quebec, and we impose neither mandatory arbitration nor the courts of another province.
Language
French is the reference language of these terms and of all our dealings. Any version in another language, including this one, is provided for convenience.
